We would like you to know about vegan foods can be junk foods as well as our concept "VEGAN JUNK FOOD" such as our menu hamburgers, cakes also Japanese foods all of menu are definitely vegan moreover we only use organic ingredients that we get from our most reliable farm producers. Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
To me, we opened the restaurant after the environmental disaster in 2011. I just wonder we have to focus on which ingredients are from and are everything necessary for our body and health. That was the trigger becoming to be the vegetarian after that I realize that having the meal is connecting life. I don't offer you to become vegan nor vegetarian but only one thing I want you to know about the meal is sometimes wasting animals or plants lives and I want you to have a meal with proprietary.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I have heard lots of foreigners hardly choose restaurants in Japan, because there are no vegan or organic restaurants as compare with foreign countries. In addition, I want you to have vegan Japanese foods. Even if you want to have your meal out side, we have also vegan lunch box.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
"LAPAZ" is the name of the capital of Bolivia, and it means peace in Portuguese. The city was built by a lot of races that cooperating with each other. The name of "LAPAZ" has a history then share everything "LAPAZ". For me, LAPAZ is a living quarter of happiness in the everyday life.
