Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Its not an option for me. I've been a vegetarian for nearly 30 years and there's no going back. Once you discover compassion for animals, its a natural leap to find more and more compassion for people and for ourselves. Today, there are so many more vegetarian food options available, that is easier than ever to find healthy, tasty food choices which don't negatively impact the lives of other sentient beings.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I've been fortunate to travel pretty extensively on this little blue marble. One can find beauty just about everywhere. Mother Earth is glorious! Go see New Zealand, traipse throughout Europe and stand breathless on the sheer drops of Big Sur.

Anything freshly picked gets my juices flowing. Again, Mother Nature knows how to best prepare our food for us. Pick it and eat it.
