Hi, I saw your post about being a new vegetarian and your friends giving you grief. Screw them. Tell them to go see Food Inc. and then you can talk.
In all honestly, most people become defensive about vegetarianism, because they know that it's the right thing to do, and they aren't doing it. It's an uncomfortable topic for a lot of people. Just be true to yourself and tell them to mind their business.
Have a great holiday, hope you can get your hands on a tofurky or quorn roast (they're awesome!).
