I enjoyed reading the "Why am I vegan?" section. We've had very similar vegan journeys. I was also a 20+ yr vegetarian. I tried to go vegan but my cheese addiction kept dragging me down. Boy, is cheese addicting! I found that cutting down on dairy and trying to ween myself off just didn't work. I had to go cold turkey (or cold tofurkey? ha). I finally kicked the habit and am so happy to be vegan.
Can't wait to read more of your website!
