More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Vegan just turned out to be healthier and I'm very thankful it's even more delicious than the old Maya clinic food pyramid and flimsy advice that used to gudie me.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I like to check out where I can find vegan or vegan friendly restuarants. I hope to either have more here or move somewhere with more vegans and things complimentary to that lifestyle like a neighborhood organic garden.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I really enjoyed Hallelujah Acres out in North Carolina and became a health minister as I like to help people.

Not that would be really hard to choose as I like a balanced variety of food and enjoy trying new dishes, too. I suppose my favorite way of eating is a blend between Becoming Raw, The Hallelujah Diet and Rainbow Green Live Cousine.
