Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Health and ethics. Ethically speaking I would have no problem eating a wild animal that was hunted, but I despise the idea animal farming. I also hold the belief that a plant-based diet is healthier long-term. A belief spurned largely by The China Study.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Downloading the Happy Cow app made my recent vacation to Shanghai so much more enjoyable, as I did a tour of many of Shanghai's vegan restaurants. You've got to spread the love though, so I joined to be able to share photos and reviews.
