- After seeing Kathy Freston on the Oprah’s show I like her approach. I have often thought about cutting out meats but Kathy’s book has given me more reasons and ways to accomplish it. I am in the proccess of replacing what we use with Vegan products.

Love the android app, I am new as a vegan and this helps so much. I like to cook but need a starting point. Going to Vegan/Vegetarian stores and restaurants helps Thanks so much.
