Music recording sounds fun. I am not a musician of any sort myself, but think I would go crazy without music. I am mostly a homebody, but I stretch and dance everyday - I'm trying to get back into Modern Dance. In the spring/summer I'd like to get out and hike and maybe join a community garden. I cook a lot and dance around in the kitchen while doing that, I'm always reading something (generally fiction, but I throw a few metaphysical or spiritual books in the mix. Mayla sounds cute - I love animals, but don't have any pets of my own (I can't where I live). Organic Pharmacy is in Tingle Alley - our office faces Lexington Ave though - we don't have an actual storefront, but we store all our products there. Yeah, recently Bobo's added a mostly vegan and largely raw menu - I suppose that happened a few months ago - I heard they were cutting back though due to lack of business, so I'm not really sure what the hours are now for that.

What's in store for your weekend? I'm mostly just relaxing - I am going to Thailand in two weeks, so I'm getting a little anxious about that, though mostly excited.

Happy Friday,

Hey - I work for a company that's about three blocks from Laughing Seed called Organic Pharmacy. We're an online retailer of supplements, herbal medicines, etc. - my job is varied, but I mostly do proof-reading/data entry type work - occasionally I get to cook though and do company luncheons, which I really enjoy doing. Yeah, I don't really eat out much and agree with you on Rosetta's - the flavor of the food is mediocre at best and it's a bit too oily for me. Have you tried Bobo's? I had some raw romaine rolls there with a hemp dressing - that was pretty tasty I think.

So what do you do other than cook up tasty creations at Laughing Seed?

Hey Jimmy,

I love Laughing Seed - it's my favorite restaurant here. Are you a server, cook, or what?

I hope you are having a great weekend
