Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
BEAN Vegan Cuisine in Asheville, NC is my favorite vegan restaurant. Food For Thought in Williamsburg, VA is also a favorite, although it does serve meat. They have done a great job at including delicious vegan dishes on their menu.
