More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I have never liked red meat & sadly at work it is know that I am one of the few people who tries to eat healthy. I believe in trying to impact our environment as little as possible. I was vegetarian for 8 years before children. I loved it & felt great. I now have recently developed a health condition that requires me limiting certain foods.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I have been frustrated in trying to find places to eat that were healthy. I don't like meat & can't tolerate fried foods or high fat foods.

All vegetables, any fruit except pomegranates & citrus. I love tofu because you can do so much with it.
