Chipotle (of course), Pita Pit, Urban Bricks Pizza Co., Kalachandji's, Spiral Diner & Bakery, and Cosmic Cafe
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Seitan, tempeh, soy products, kale, collards, spinach, russet potatoes, and oats.
