More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I love animals and buying commercially produced dairy,eggs,honey and animal products is supporting the ill treatment of animals-plus the very idea of eating meat is really icky! I also love cooking and I've never had more fun with it since being vegan. I've discovered so many new foods that are miles better for me and the planet and eaten in some great restaurants. Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I love italian food and enjoy making my own pizza,pasta sauces and bruschetta. I dearly wish tempeh and seitan was easier to get hold of in the uk as they're so fantastic to work with but I make do with tofu and especially like frying it in soy sauce of a morning for a "bacon" sammy :D
