- My aim in life is to empower people to wellness using the gifts I was blessed with and the personal experiences that have been my life journey. I have been a Cook for over 2 decades training in professional kitchens including Vegan and Vegetarian restaurants through to Fine dining and Michelin star Kitchens. I have been a natural intuitive healer for most of my life and have been practising as a Holistic therapist for 2 decades.
