Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
The dairy and egg industries are just as horrible as the meat industries. I was a lacto vegetarian before I saw how much cruelty there was in the dairy industry. I found out about how healthy vegan diets can be, and how much better veganism is for the environment. That's when I decided to go vegan :)
