Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Against animal cruelty, slaughtering and slavery. Against the damage the meat and dairy industry do to Earth. Strong believer that the human body is not physiologically built to consume animal protein. (I am currently studying that). Strong advocate for vegan lifestyle and illness and disease prevention
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I feel alone and don't know anyone else who follows my lifestyle. I frequently get made of and feel ostrisized because of my diet and lifestyle choices. Not many understand so I want to try to surround myself with like-minded people as me and hopefully make some new friends :)
