Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I don't believe that eating another sentient being for consumption is either healthy or nutritious, It is part of a huge problem globally and locally. To decide not to eat flesh can make a significant impact on all our natural resources. To become Veg is to be part of the solution not part of the problem.

I joined happy cow because it has helped me throughout the years seek the restaurants and atmosphere I like to be in. All with a touch of a finger I can rest-a-sured that it's safe for me to eat.
