Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Why torture and kill fellow sentient beings if we can live without it? Add to this: the environmental damage of the meat industry, the health benefits of vegetarianism, and the aesthetic and spiritual benefits of not feasting on (often charred) corpses.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I like my native country France (especially the Western Coast), the United Kingdom (very veg-friendly!), Belgium and Netherlands, Portugal, to a lesser degree Poland and Spain. I'd like to visit California and Cascadia in the USA, Japan, Germany, Ireland, Scandinavia, the Caribbean and India.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

French bread and cheese, pasta, and milk chocolate, since babyhood. Salty veggie pies, cakes and pizzas are great too. Red fruits.
