More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Why hurt others when you don't need to? Not long after finishing Gandhi's autobiography, I was faced with a form for halls, and a choice as to whether to tick the box for "vegetarian" or "meat-eating" food. That was the moment I realised that it was just a box for me, and life or death for them.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Originally, to be able to post reviews as I travelled through Southeast Asia.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Life is about what you do, not what you see.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Kale, onion, avocado and tomato wraps. The full vegan breakfast.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Welcome to VegVideos.
Nice pictures in your audio
I've spent many years in Thailand but haven't been there in about 4 years
I'm very jealous. Do you know May Kaidee in BKK? We're good friends, so please say hello for me if you pass thru.
Sorry that the other code you tried to post didn't work. It can take youtube and some others though if you make any.
I hope you'll write many more reviews and add any places that aren't listed yet.
peace, eric-webmaster

Hi Eric,
I never made it to May Kaidee's restaurant in Bangkok - the cooking course that featured in my podcast was at the Taste from Heaven restaurant. But I did eat a very yummy curry at her restaurant in Chiang Mai during a very stormy evening, and briefly met her sister there.
Alas, I'm back in the UK now and won't find any more delicious restaurants in Asia for the time being. But I hope the new ones I did find and post about were useful, and do plan to post reviews of them.
Cheers,
Bill
