Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
Veg is better for all creatures on this planet including me... and the planet itself too.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I am a frequent traveler and happy cow helps me find good places for me to have real food everywhere in the world.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Many places really, there are so many. Just now, Zurich CH was a treat and in Aarhus DK, there is an awesome raw restaurant.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Chia, lentils, beets, horse raffish can be on the plate everyday. I try to steer clear of soy and gluten (saitan)
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Vegan for fit was my debut vegan cook book. Meanwhile there are some more. Vegan magazine is also worth reading.
