Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I strive to be the best version of myself that I can be and treat the body I have been given and the bodies of other living beings with respect. I have been through so many hardships in my life and I prefer being vegan because it pushes me forward into a fulfilling path.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love to visit California, Mexico, and Colorado for the weather, sights, and good eats. I have aspirations to see Sweden, I am decently versed in Swedish because of a close friend and my love for learning languages. Moose are one of my favorite animals and thanks to Allemansrätten I'd be able to see them while roaming around the forests.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Chickpea Nuggies, Guacamole on Cilantro Lime Rice, Grilled Eggplant Tomato and Portobello Kabobs, and any Vegan Dessert I can get my hands on.

If I was to recommend one thing it would be the Rich Roll Podcast. There is a wealth of information and you can listen to it on the go.
