Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am very into keeping my temple, or my body healthy. I don't eat meat for a few reasons. 1st is I love animals, and can't stand to think about what they go through. 2nd is I want to take care of my body, my colon, and the environment I live in, so going vegetarian is definitely a step in the right direction. I am not one of these people that think you are the devil if you re not vegan or vegetarian, and I don't like those kind of people. It is just a personal choice, and it works well with me.

cereal, lots of veggies, lots of fruit. I cook a bit, but mostly organic fruit and vegetables.
