- Grew up on a little island off the coast of California and traveled the world doing missionary work with YWAM (Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Switzerland). Happily married now for 6 years, bought an amazing house! Been vegetarian for 2 years now and gluten free since 2007. I am a total food snob who enjoyed experimenting with cooking. I love learning about food, where it comes from, what it can do for the human body and how as individuals we can become better because of it. I still enjoy watching anime and playing video games but my hobbies have changed a lot since the last time I updated this profile. ^.^
