Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Guatemala, Europe, Scandinavia, Seattle, Vancouver. I'd like to visit Costa Rica, India, Australia... just about anywhere I haven't been yet.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tahini Salad, Hummus, Falafel, Pineapples, Mangos, a perfect peach (ultra rare find!) Shepherd's Pie, Veggie Sushi Rolls, Strawberries, raw smoothies, curry dishes, Avocados... most fruits and veggies ruuule!
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

I enjoyed your review of Shine Cafe. I totally agree, it's great!! I was wondering if I could have your lemon tahini dressing recipe? I have been trying to get a good one for years! Up in Santa Cruz they have a restaurant called D'harma's. They make the best Lemon Tahini! I crave it, but can't find a good recipe. Thanks so much!!
