Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat vegan because I refuse to be a part of the normalised cruelty in society; especially Western culture. I refuse to be a graveyard for beautiful and intelligent animals.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Stumbled across HappyCow when I was looking for new vegan restaurants.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Hopefully I am jetting off to Limerick, Ireland next January! I'm hoping to study at Mary Immaculate and then do a quick tour of the UK. Fingers crossed!

I love my veg. I eat insane amounts of leafy greens. I love to experiment with creating mock meats.
