- Been vegan since about mid-Jan 2010; now mid-April, and I have lost 33 pounds. Lower blood pressure. I was dangerously porky, but now markedly improved. I don't miss meat. US is victim of "stay sick for life and buy our drugs to survive." Going for 100 lbs.
