Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

I Believe every soul on this planet has a right to feel loved and feel safe. I love honouring life & helping others find that compassion in themselves. I am currently training as a health coach & hope to help obese people find a lighter path.

I joined this sight to explore other peoples opinions and reviews of great vegan shops, restaurants and products

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I love scenic America- California, Yosemite , my second home is Grindelwald in Switzerland. I love Kerala in India, Egypt, France, and where I live in England! If I could go somewhere just for one day, it would be the Himalayas

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I love banana wrapped in Nori, ginger and turmeric fried rice, fresh papaya and mango, a nice hot Thai green curry and green super juices! I also love snacking down on mulberries, blackberries and goji :)

I am a huge book worm! My favourite Authors are Thomas Moore, Isabelle Allende, Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Charlotte Bronté, Paulo Coelho and Margaret George! I also enjoy Margaret Atwood, Stephen King and some old school William Blake now and then!
