- I'm trying to go vegan. I love to read mysteries, listen to classical, new age, Celtic, anything low key. I'm the proud mother of 6 cats. There aren't many places in Texas that are veg friendly, but we do have a vegan restaurant. I'm an artist-mostly work in pencil. Anxious to start taking classes in watercolors, etc. Have been a nurse for 31 years and am so very burned out. Would not recommend it to anyone.
