Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I've always preferred vegan and would rather not have to slaughter animals. Lately after my husband had a heart attack we went vegan, low fat,low sugar. With no portion control he dropped from 210lb to 175 inside of 6 months..I lost weight too.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
We found site searching for vegan restaurants. Joined cause we wanted to add a review.
