Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I eat vegan both to control my weight and for health. Plus -- I love to eat. I know that I don't have to calorie count if I eat plant based vegan diet. I eat til full and feel fabulous.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I joined the community so that I can get the wisdom of others who are out there in other cities - so that they will help me connect with new places when I visit their communities.and recipes -- always looking for new flavors and foods.

Forks over knives are all good, anything by Lindsay Nixon-- I always lived Veg Newsmagazine but their in frequency of publishing and ongoing legal issues seem to be ongoing -- very disapointing!

Made the big switch to Veganism about 6 months ago now. LOVING it. Always looking for new spots to enjoy -- dish the goods !!!!!
