I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

Being a vegetarian for more than 20 years, I had to reconsider my diet some months ago for health reasons. Coming across Brandan Brazier's Thrive Diet my own diet turned into a more vegan direction. So I started trying those recipes, what ment cooking much more regularly to avoid convenience food. So if you're into it once (or again), you try to get more informations and try to connect to other veggies, so that's the reason whyI'm here I guess. Another one is that cycling to England at least once a year it is nice to have some addresses. Especially as I will do the End2End ride in England next year or so and that needs some planning (veggie B&B's and stuff :-) )... or maybe here is someone else who wants to do a vegEnd2End too? :)
