Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
The way that animals are raised and killed for food is wrong. It's that simple.

I'd like to write reviews on the veggie restaurants I've visited. Maybe I can help other veggies make a good dining choice.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Limekiln campsite in Central California coast. It's so beautiful! Not too crowded either. The forest comes right down to the beach. I love it there! I'd like to visit Oregon and Washington. Maybe take a road trip all the way up PCH to Canada. I'd also like to take a month or two to travel Europe.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Burritos with beans and rice. I eat pretty simple meals. I love carbs! Noodles (especially Udon), bread and vegan cupcakes.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
The last book I read was When My Name Was Keoko by Linda Sue Park. It was a great read.
