- Chef Sara, a health conscious vegan discovered Hippocrates health institute 12 years ago. She was so impressed with the program that she enrolled immediately and began her journey of discovering the (disease) preventing and healing power of Raw foods. Upon graduation, she was given the opportunity to stay and work at the Institute to put to practice everything she had learned about this amazing program. This experience has especially taught her the importance of food combination and the powers of wheatgrass. Now her passion in life is to educate and inspire people about the power of eating organic fresh alive raw vegan foods to achieve optimal health. Teaching people how to prepare simple, healthy and delightful dishes has become a passion. Chef Sara, gets tremendous satisfaction seeing the transformation in peoples health that she helped to create. She believes the food we choose to consume plays a vital role in healing the body, mind and soul.
