- Hi, my name is Katie. I have been semi-vegetarian for the past 9 years starting in high school. It's been a rough journey, however. I live in a tiny southern town that loves their meat. I'm hoping to make a full transition from carnivore to herbivore once I'm able to move to a larger city.
