More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

vegetarian since a young child, vegan for many years, the thought of eating flesh always been vile,that feeling has stayed with me all my life. I am pleased to say I am of excellent health and in very good shape through my compassionate choice of food which came natural to me. I am into raw food too, lots of exercise, travel, compassion and passion for life :)

Great to read reviews and share ideas, I travel alot and its good to go prepared with a selection of recommended eating places.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

South and North Africa, loads of countries in East and Western Europe, The Bahamas, America, India, Thailand, Australia..... and lots more to visit

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

lovely fresh fruit and veggies, soya, tofu, pulses, beans, all the whole grains, nuts, seeds, salads, rustic breads, soups, juices......and people say "oh and what on earth do you eat??"
