I’ve been vegan for 6 years now. I love living a healthy and active lifestyle, preferring to go on hikes and camping or travel during school holidays, as I am a teacher. I teach high school students psychology and science. I practice yoga and meditation every day and try to visit my local ashram monthly. I am very much a cat person and my 12-year-old cat, Delilah, is the apple of my eye.
