More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
better health, better for the environment and more humane. I love animals too.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I travel to some places that don't have many vegan options though I live in Austin which has a lot. I joined Happy Cow to contribute to the community and hopefully encourage more restaurants to provide more vegan options.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Chili, seitan, beans, lasagna, spaghetti, pizza, tamales, enchiladas, pretty much everything that can be made vegan.
