Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
spiritual, health and environmental
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
to help grow the veg community, especially in my area. To make it easier for people in my area that are trying to eat healthier to do so and for others that have or may be visiting an area I've been to find some yummy food
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Loved California for the diversity and availability of veg options and restaurants, Little Pine and Gracias Madre are my top 2 that way. On the east coast The Bean in Charlotte, NC and 9 Mile in Asheville, NC are my favorites so far. Would love to travel anyplace!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
any kind of pasta with any kind of sauce and potatoes
