Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's part of my spiritual path, coupled with yoga, meditation and compassionate living. It is also a preference, as I do not like eating, or the idea of eating flesh. Health is also a factor, as I believe that animal products lead to overeating and cravings, whereas plant based products are actual addiction-free sustenance. Currently, i am trying to break my addiction to cheese and dairy products.
