Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
My motivation is that I hate animal farms and the environmental load of cattle industry. Thereby I think if you have diet wishes if you have a food allergy the choice is too small. Therefor I add my own choice with AllerGast.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It s hard to find vegan restaurants. I ve lived in Utrecht all my life and still find new places.

Op een drietal uiteenlopende vegetarische / veganistische fondues - kaas, bouillon en paddestoelen, die het predikaat fonuno, fondue en fontrio had gekregen - met daarbij brood, salade en verscheidene groenten om lekker in de fonduepannen te dippen - vergastte Coen een elftal mensen na afloop van het evenement Gluren bij de buren op 31 januari jongstleden. Daarnaast konden de gasten, die in zijn woonkamer of rond de rijk gedekte tafel stonden en zaten zich tegoed doen aan water, fris of wijn naar keuze. Voorafgaand aan de gezellige maaltijd serveerde Coen, daarmee de gasten verwelkomend, een verse, verrassende smoothie met onder meer rode biet; na afloop verscheen een chocoladefontein op tafel, waaruit in plaats van chocolade heel origineel witte vla klaterde op het verse fruit dat men daar naar believen in kon dopen. Zo werd de maaltijd anders dan anders, anders dan te verwachten en zelfs spannend. Dit waren nog maar de eerste schreden van Coen op het culinaire pad dat hij ook professioneel wil gaan bewandelen en waarvoor hij diverse deelopleidingen volgt of heeft voltooid: als deze avond niet al een succes was, zou ik het woord 'veelbelovend' gebruiken - maar daar Coen schromelijk mee tekort doen.
