Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am a vegan for ethical reasons relating to animal welfare and consideration of the environment. Health benefits are just an added bonus for me.

Whilst travelling, it is hard as a vegan to find place to eat. Happy Cow is invaluable in such scenarios!
