Let's say i had around $20-$25. What's a list of things i should buy for groceries if i was shopping at a Stop&Shop in NYC to last me a minimum of 7 separate meals.

I don't live in NYC and am not familiar with Stop & Shop, but my guess is you'll have to make big batches of whatever you get and eat a fair amount of leftovers - frozen veggies, dry beans, that sort of thing. This article has some ideas for a week of vegan food under $30 from trader joes, but I'm not sure if these are NYC prices/stop&shop prices for the ingredients listed: college.usatoday.com/2016/01/23/vegan-trader-joes/
