Bombay Mix is a very tasty vegan snack, but how much should I eat - probably not that healthy really as lots of vegetable oil - what do you think? trying not to eat too much - how much is OK?!

I make my own with roasted chickpeas and mixed seeds, curry powder, chilli powder and a bit paprika. That's all I use no oil. and i have a half a bowl.
