Hello all,
The end of February my girlfriend and I are going on our honeymoon to New York.
We would love to stay in a vege(friendly)/ecological responsible hotel.
Restaurants I do find online…
I just found out about the existens of vege hotel in Italy.

If there is one in Italy, NY must have one too, right? :-)

Wow great link! I'm not sure about a NYC veg hotel, but its one of the most veg friendly cities in the world, so just look for one among the greatest concentrations of veg restaurants! Also, Kimpton hotels are most eco friendly so that's a good start in your search.

I think a vege friendly b&b would be good enough.

I don't think there is a vegetarian hotel in the city, but HappyCow's Travel Guide lists a small vegetarian B&B in Brooklyn called Spencer Place Bed and Breakfast. You might want to check it out! (Look under Topics, B&Bs/Retreats)
