I have lived all over Europe, but never really just bummed it. I am taking my kids (13 and 9) for 2 months in the summer, we are planning on winging it and following our bliss, meaning no kitchen to prepare foods. I am wondering about the idea of being flexitarian when we travel, as getting all of the healthy fats, nutrition can be so challenging on the road. I am seeking suggestions, ideas and comments about this, would you go out of the vegan lifestyle for nutrition when traveling, choosing the next best option (ie, raw cheese, pastured eggs, etc), as finding avocados for breakfast will be a challenge in northern Europe. We have been vegan for almost 7 years. Thank you for all suggestions, ideas, etc!
