  HappyCow uses the US / International spellings for world cities - run searches in the HappyCow site for Warsaw - Budapest - Vienna Austria & Prague - each has 15 to 30 places listed - enjoy! Please post restaurant reviews & any updates / changes as you travel. John

  This may well be too late so my apologies if that's the case.
  
  Warsaw and Poland in general is as good as anywhere in ex Communist for vegetarian eateries. Of course there is still very much a predominantly meat eating culture there but at least it's not like some of the ex communist places where trying to find a veggie restaurant can feel like mission impossible.
