Has anyone been to Lebanon? Any ideas how easy it is to get vegan food, especially outside of the big cities?

I know that Lebanese cuisine is rich in vegan food, but I don't know whether that means it's easy to find vegan food everywhere!

It seems like there are a few places on HappyCow, but not many, and only 1 outside of Beirut.
