Vegan Travel Suggestions Discussion Forum
Hi, We are looking for a great vegan/vegetarian restaurant in the Baltimore/Washington DC area. Upscaled is preferred with alcohol and/or BYOB, but a hidden gem can be as enticing. Look forward to your suggestions......

I live in the Baltimore/ DC region so, I think I can help. You said you want upscale and with wine and alcohol. That sounds exactly like the great sage. In fact that is the only place in the Baltimore/ D.C region with all the requirements. The Great Sage is defiantly upscale, is vegan and has a large wine list. Be prepared to spend money when going there for dinner it can get expensive. Dinner starts at 5:00 pm and is about $20. Lunch, brunch, light fare are each about $10 and dessert is $7. For dessert I recommend the chocolate lava cake.
