  I've really noticed the lack of veg/vegan cooking on cookery shows in the UK. You should check out the blog Deliciously Ella. She has some videos on her blog and a YouTube channel. I LOVE her recipes.

  I am a Youtube addict! I love watching The Official Hungry. They have a vegan section. It's only about 10 videos, but they have great recipes!

  Oh I love Peaceful Cuisine's channel on Youtube everything he cooks is vegan. His stuff is relaxing to watch too. We made our own pita bread and nutella from his videos and I've picked up some good tips on how to prepare various ingredients too.
