Here’s a one delicious mushroom meal . You can use any kind of mushroom you like, or a combination of two or three.
1 lb. crimini (Baby Bella) mushrooms, stems trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp crushed rosemary
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground pepper
3 garlic cloves, chopped
