I didn't know HappyCow had a recipe directory - my bad. I've been busy posting there this morning.
Great selection of recipes already there, great for some inspiration.

We're working on building the recipe directory. Please add any great plant-based recipes that you might know.

I try to add when I can, I have a couple more to put up. I try to alter lots of recipes to make them veg and that's a lot of fun. I think it's a great resource and everyone should participate!

Sure would love to refer restaurants to the directory when they tell me they know NOTHING about vegan cooking besides steamed veggies!
